Nashville Kitchen & Cannery is comprised of the team of Vance Page and Parker Baggett. Both worked at the world famous Loveless Cafe for years and saw the challenges out there for businesses with retail food production. After years of working to find someone that could create a consistent product according to a signature recipe, they gave up on finding someone and created the business themselves. Parker and Vance have been on the other side of this business. They know the challenges that businesses face when working with an outside company. They understand how important it is to keep a proprietary recipe safe and sound. And, most importantly, they fully grasp the difficulties that face those in the Food & Beverage industry when it comes to health regulations, nutrition labeling standards and distribution.

PARKER BAGGETT - Partner/Cofounder

A Vanderbilt University alum, Parker Baggett received an MBA from Pepperdine University before working in finance with Lionsgate Entertainment and managing the Movie Division of TomKats, Inc. After, Parker spent four years at the world famous Loveless Cafe. Working as the Director of Logistics, Parker learned valuable skills about supply chain, inventory management, cost control and government standards for packaged foods. Known the world over for famous biscuits, smoked meats and preserves, the Loveless Cafe’s thriving mail order business was a constant challenge, yet an opportunity to learn skills that apply daily to the operation of Nashville Kitchen & Cannery. With extensive knowledge in sourcing jars, labels and other packaging solutions, Parker is able to assist our current clients through every step of the process of bringing a product from paper to the shelves. When not working, Parker resides in Franklin, TN with his wife Deidre, their son Lucas and dogs Moose and Bear. Email Parker at parker@nashvillekitchenandcannery.com.

VANCE PAGE - Partner/Cofounder

Vance Page brings extensive systems of culinary management to the operations of Nashville Kitchen & Cannery. With over 25 years experience in the restaurant industry, Vance Page worked as a Manager at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store before taking a role as Regional Manager at Waffle House. Both of these experiences were invaluable in teaching the most important lessons that apply to the daily manufacturing at NK&C – quality and consistency. These values were further established during Vance’s 9 year tenure as General Manager for the Loveless Cafe. While at the Loveless, Vance became very involved in the production of the Cafe’s famous fruit preserves and watched as production became more challenging as business grew. After years of frustrations of not being able to find a vendor that could create a consistent product according to a unique recipe, Vance knew this was a challenge he was up for. When not supervising the culinary operations at Nashville Kitchen & Cannery or spending time with his two adult sons Elliot and Wyatt, Vance can be found spending time with his wife Laura at his home in Dickson.
